Mailliard’s Landing Nursery, a Christian-based business, was established in Mt. Vernon in 1986, as a retail nursery carrying a variety of outdoor plants in addition to landscape services. In 1996 the property next to the existing nursery was purchased to expand our business so that we could include a large assortment of landscaping products and supplies.

In February of 2000, the decision was made to open a second store in Oak Harbor, Washington. The new store carried outdoor plants as well as landscaping supplies. Three years later we felt growing pains and purchased a 1.5-acre piece of property which allowed us to carry a larger selection of plants as well as more landscape supplies.

2005 brought another expansion as we purchased the 5-acre property adjoining the existing 1.5 acres. Our store in Oak Harbor, WA, has become the largest landscaping supply outlet on Whidbey Island.
